PURPOSE: A device and a method for maintaining the best ride comfort when a vehicle starts. CONSTITUTION: A device for maintaining the best ride comfort when starting a semi-automatic transmission comprises an engine, a transmission, a release cylinder, a master cylinder, a semi automatic ECU controlling a system and a sensor unit. In here, the semi automatic ECU controls the transmission, the master cylinder, an alarm display unit displaying trouble and a start motor relay preventing a vehicle from starting except for a neutral, by inputting amplified power with hydraulic pressure from the master cylinder.
