FRUCTIGENINE WHICH IS USEFUL AS ANTIPHLOGISTIC

PURPOSE: A usage of Fructigenine A as an antiphlogistic is provided. which has inhibition effect on growth of the end of stems before. CONSTITUTION: An anti-inflammatory effect of Fructigenine A is measured by: applying each of 0.6, 0.3, 0.15, 0.075mg/ear of Fructigenine A and 0.7, 0.3, 0.15mg/ear of indomethacin to each right ears of mouse; measuring thickness of the ears before applying TPA; inducing inflammation at the ears using 10micro liter/ear of TPA(12-otetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate); measuring thickness of the ears after 5hrs of applying TPA; comparing anti-inflammatory effect by gaining inflammation rate and inflammation inhibition rate of the of Fructigenine A and indomethacin. The effective concentration(ED50) of Fructigenine A is 0.29mg/ear and ED50 of indomethacin is 0.68mg/ear, so Fructigenine A shows more strong anti-inflammatory effect than indomethacin.
