PURPOSE: A grip of an electric autoclave is provided to shorten operation time for cooking by indicating the open-and-shut of a ring of an autoclave lid even though a user is distant from the autoclave. CONSTITUTION: A grip(10) of an electric autoclave has a support protrusion shaft(30) protruded up from the center of a lid(40), and a recessed portion(42) formed around the support protrusion shaft. An elastic repulsive spring(50) is mounted with elasticity around the support protrusion shaft. A lift indicator(20) is positioned on the support protrusion shaft. A lift recessed portion(22) of the lift indicator has a hole therein to be inserted into the support protrusion shaft. Thereby, the lift indicator is not rotated. A couple of sliding protrusions(24,25) are protruded vertically to the outside of the lift indicator. The lift indicator is positioned in a lift inside(12) of the grip. The sliding protrusions slide along guide recessed grooves(14,15) in an outer circumferential direction of the lift inside. The sliding protrusions are lifted up or down in the lift inside of the grip.
