PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device for measuring the distribution of a particle diameter that can shorten a circulation channel for increasing liquid-feeding efficiency, and can reduce costs. SOLUTION: In a device for measuring the distribution of a particle diameter, a dispersion bus 2 that disperses a sample in a dispersion medium as suspension is connected to a flow cell 13 via a circulation channel 3, the suspension is circulated for supplying to the flow cell 13, and measurement is made. In this case, a valve 1-piece-type flow cell holder 1 is provided. In the holder 1, a valve for switching between the supply of the suspension to the flow cell 13 and the discharge of the suspension as drain, and the cell holder of the flow cell 13 are formed in one piece.
