摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the repairing time while reducing the running cost and to prevent a repairing part from spreading effectively by forming the inner circumferential side of a tubular section and the side end wall of irregular refractories and making a burner fixing opening having open side end wall and an exhaust gas outlet circumferentially of a plurality of regular refractories. SOLUTION: Since the burner fixing opening 16 and the exhaust gas outlet 18 of a furnace body 11 are formed of a plurality of regular refractories, frequency of repair can be reduced as much as possible and the repairing time can be shortened while reducing the running cost. Since the operating rate of a rotary melting furnace is enhanced, production efficiency is enhanced and since only a damaged regular refractories 23 is required to a replaced, workability is enhanced while preventing the damaged part from enlarging. Since the majority on the inside of the furnace body relatively insusceptible to damage is conventionally formed of irregular refractories, workability and economy can be sustainined and the effect can be enhanced by employing an alumina based or silica based regular refractories.
