PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently freeze a liquid and the like by circulating a liquid medium through a circulation passage by means of a rotary body rotated by a driver provided outside the circulation passage, and to use the liquid medium by efficiently circulating it without using a special device. SOLUTION: In the freezing equipment 22 for liquid and the like, a case body 1 forms an annular circulation passage 3 to circulate a liquid medium 2, and a rotary body 6 has a plurality of vanes 9 on the outside part thereof in addition to the inside part rotated by a driver 11 provided outside the circulation passage for circulating the medium 2 fed therein. A liquid feed device has liquid-droplet feed holes 17 upstream of the passage 3 to feed the liquid in the form of droplet. A chute 13 has its rear end on the top of the center of the body 6, and the forward end of the chute 13 is located outside the circulation passage to discharge frozen matters 23 to the outside, which are formed by freezing the liquid fed into the passage 3, by supporting the matters 23 falling from the vanes 9 of the body 6. Thus, a circulation device of the medium 2 can be provided at low cost.
