PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost and distribution cost of heat exchanger. SOLUTION: A rod 11 is inserted into a heat transfer tube 6 and a spacer 12 is provided between the outer circumferential surface 11a of the rod 11 and the wall 6a of the heat transfer tube 6. The spacer 12 is constituted of a hub 14 fitted over the rod 11 and three protrusions 15 projecting radially outward from the hub 14 thus forming a channel 13 of heat exchanging solution between outer circumferential surface 11a of the rod 11 and the wall 6a of the heat transfer tube 6.
