PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and efficiently execute the registration management and the retrieval of a telephone number. SOLUTION: A telephone number registration part 105 registers plural telephone numbers to a telephone number table 108 on the name of one connection destination. A telephone number retrieval part 104 retrieves one of the registered telephone numbers. The other telephone number corresponding to the same connection destination name is retrieved after a call is cut when a line is not connected to a call destination and the line is cut at the time of calling the retrieved telephone number.
