PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amt. of a low b.p. volatile component contained in a molded article even if a resin, especially, a thermoplastic polyester resin is supplied in a state much or little in moisture content at the time of molding in a resin plasticizing and molding method and a molded article producing method. SOLUTION: In a resin molding method using a molding screw type plasticizing apparatus having a cylinder and a screw, a first vent is provided at the position on the cylinder immediately after a resin is melted and plasticized and a second vent is provided at the position on the cylinder on the downstream side of the first vent and the first and second vents are held to a vacuum state to mold a molded article. |
