PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for molding a sheet such as a stone like sheet, which usually has adequate hardness and elasticity and further does not cause of efflorescence, and its manufacturing method using the composition. SOLUTION: This composition consists of a composition comprising 100 pts.wt. latent water-hardenable inorganic powder, 1-15 pts.wt. alkaline stimulant, 40-100 pts.wt. aqueous resin emulsion (expressed in term of solid content of resin) and 0-300 pts.wt. non-water-hardenable inorganic powder. The composition is water slurried, then applied or poured into a prescribed shaped mold, dried and reacted to manufacture a sheet. |
