PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a lithographic printing plate which is a simple plate-making method without requiring an alkali developer, and in addition, by which a printing plate of an excellent picture quality wherein the identification property between an image section and a non-image section is sufficiently kept, can be made, and at the same time, provide a manufacturing method for a lithographic printing plate wherein a plate-making is possible while being directly fitted on a printing machine after a scanning exposure for a short period of time, without performing a developing treatment, the sensitivity is high, a highly precise picture drawing is possible, the printing durability is excellent, and a printing fouling on a printed surface is less as well. SOLUTION: An original plate for lithographic printing has a porous base plate wherein the surface layer is porous, and a light-heat converting substance is embedded. Also, on the original plate for the printing, an image is recorded by irradiation with a laser beam along an image, and the irradiated surface is brought into contact with a printing ink, and a printed surface wherein the image region accepts the ink is formed, and thus, the printing is performed by the lithographic printing method. |
