PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent frame being given an unpleasant feeling an occupant by the sudden increase of a compressor rotation sound. SOLUTION: When the car speed detected by a car speed sensor 53 is a prescribed value or more, the upper limit of the number of rotation change rateΔIVO of a compressor 22 is made to 1500 rpm/sec and when the car speed is a prescribed value or less, the upper limit of the number of rotation change rateΔIVO of the compressor 22 is made to 500 rpm/sec. Therefore, when the compressor rotation sound is drowned by the car speed, the blow out temperature can be made to a target blow out temperature TAO quickly and when the vicinity is quiet, the sudden increase of the compressor rotation sound can be restrained and it can be prevented to give the discomfortableness to the occupant.
