摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shot peening working method that can reduce running cost and equipment cost, and also raise the same peening effect as the effect by multiple times of shot peening work. That is, to generate the influential layer of compressed residual stress deep from the top surface, and raise the processing efficiency of the peening work while keeping the generation of peak value of compressed residual stress on the top surface. SOLUTION: The average grain size ratio of large size grains and middle size grains, and the average grain size ratio of middle size grains and small size grains are set to be within the scope of 1/2-1/15, respectively. The projecting material mixing large size grain of 500-1000μm in diameter, middle size grain of 100-500μm in diameter, and small size grain of 20-100μm in diameter is projected to a product to be placed under peening work.
