PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce without causing segregation a difficultly processable alloy material which is difficult to be produced because a cold working is inapplicable. SOLUTION: At a production of an alloy material containing a component which causes a difficulty in working, plural metals or alloys whose mixing proportions are identical with compositions of the material are used as a raw material powder, and the metals or the alloys are turned into a uniformly mixed powder by a mechanical alloying of the raw material powder, then the powder is compacted, and subjected to diffusion annealing.
