PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the yarn disconnection and remove many residual yarns at a high speed by arranging a holder with an inclination to the central direction of a rotating plate, and arranging a yarn guide so as to be located in the intersection of extension lines. SOLUTION: A plurality of bobbin holder bases 3 is inclined so that a yarn guide 5 is coincided with the intersection of their axial extension lines, and raised on the outer edge side of a rotating plate 2. The rotating plate 2 is inserted to a central shaft 7, and continuously rotated at low speed about the central shaft 7 within a vertical plane by a motor with transmission 27. A rotating roller 6 is connected to the motor 27 and rotated at high speed to press an endless belt 8. Compressed air is sent to a suction nozzle 9 through a tube 10, passed in the inner part, and discharged to a permeable mesh basket 11. An air cylinder 28 is operated by the electric signal of a reflection type photoelectric tube sensor 14 arranged near the residual yarn traveling line of a lower end bobbin 15 to laterally move a dog 16.
