PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the heat radiation characteristics of a feed motor, and to reduce vibration during seeking. SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with an optical head 4 movably provided on a chassis 1 to process information for an optical disk 2, a feed motor 14, a driving means for moving the optical head 4 along the optical disk 2 by the driving of the feed motor 14, a motor holder 21 for holding the feed motor 14 on the chassis 1, and a heat radiating sheet material 23 for transmitting heat radiated from the feed motor 14 to the chassis 1.
