PURPOSE: A waste tire pyrolysis device is provided in which a heated pipe is installed at the lower part of a pyrolysis chamber so that a temperature of the pyrolysis chamber is heated by burning a pyrolyzed gas generated from the waste tire. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for pyrolyzing waste tires comprising a waste tire hopper(20), a pyrolysis chamber(10) and a grate(25), the apparatus for pyrolyzing a waste tire further comprises a heating pipe(40) which is formed at the lower part of the pyrolysis chamber(10) so that the heating pipe(40) is contacted with the waste tire, and into which a pyrolyzed gas is flown so as to be burnt; a pyrolyzed gas guiding passage(30) which guides the pyrolyzed gas that is produced in the pyrolysis chamber(10) to the heating pipe(40); a blower(43) for injecting the air into the heating pipe(40); a preheating burner(45) for preheating the heating pipe(40); and a grater pipe(50) which is formed at one side of the heating pipe(40) so as to emit flame to the outside.
