PURPOSE: Provided is a beverage using loess solution and lacquer, wherein the toxicity and allergy of lacquer can be removed by boiling it in loess solution due to a catalase of loess. CONSTITUTION: The beverage is manufactured by the steps of: cutting lacquer into a size of 5-10cm; inserting the cut pieces and loess solution into a pot; boiling at 100 deg.C for approximately 1 hour then cooling it; and precipitating it and filtering a clear lacquer solution.
