PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boot strap circuit capable of normally turning on/off a switching element. SOLUTION: This boot strap circuit 1 is provided with a second boosting means 7 for supplying the driving voltage of a first driving means 3 by charging a capacitor for a boot strap in an initial state, a first signal inputting means 8 for inputting a first signal to the first driving means 3 in a normal operating state without inputting the first signal to the first driving means 3 in the initial state, a second signal inputting means 9 for inputting a second signal to a second driving means 5 in the normal operating state without inputting the second signal to the second driving means 5 in the initial state, and a state switching means 10 for switching the initial state and the normal operating state. |
