摘要 <p>PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of sintered construction materials by using sewage sludge instead of conventional sands and gravels. The resultant construction materials have no effluence of heavy metals, high strength, and environmental affinity. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of construction materials, such as bricks, panels, and blocks, comprises the steps of: mixing 20-50% of sewage sludge powder, 10-30% of clay, 15-25% of silica, 3-7% of gypsum and 10-30% of blast furnace slag, where the sewage sludge powder is obtained by drying sewage sludge cakes containing more than 80% water at 95-105deg.C for 24hrs to be less than 3% of water content, and grinding; pressing mixed raw materials into the shapes of brick, block, panel, etc.; drying at 70deg.C for 1-2hrs; sintering at 900-1100deg.C for 12hrs, resulting in that organic materials in sewage sludge are removed and heavy metals(Hg, Cd, Cu, etc.) are bonded to other metals to prevent effluence of heavy metals; and cooling.</p>
