PURPOSE:To prevent separation of ink layer from base material from occurring by improving the mechanical strength of the ink layer and, at the same time, prevent paper to be transferred from being scummed by the ink layer by a method wherein the binder composition of the hot melt ink layer contains three different components having the specified compositions respectively. CONSTITUTION:The binder composition of hot melt ink layer contains components A-C as mentioned below. Concretely, the component A is the ester compound of polyhydroxy polyolefin-based oligomer having the molecular weight of 1,000-5,000 and straight-chain aliphatic acid having 12-30 carbon toms therein and/or aliphatic dibasic acid, the component B is the reaction product of alkyl alcohol having 30-70 carbon atoms therein and isocyanate monomer selected from the group consisting of mono-, di- and tri-isocyanates and the component C is the reaction product of the partially esterified product of polyol having the valency of 2-6 and straight-chain aliphatic acid having 12-30 carbon atoms therein and/or aliphatic dibasic acid and isocyanate monomer selected from the group consisting of mono-, di- and tri-isocyanates. |
