PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform customer and employee of approach of the next motor vehicle inspection. SOLUTION: This system is provided with imaging means 4a and 4b for imaging images of a motor vehicle inspection seal to specify the next motor vehicle inspection time stuck on a vehicle coming to a gasoline station for oil supply, a motor vehicle inspection time recognizing and specifying means 17 for recognizing and specifying the next motor vehicle inspection time from the imaged images of the motor vehicle inspection seal, a determining means 48 for determining whether or not the specified next motor vehicle inspection time is within a prescribed period fixed in advance, and notifying means 3, 8 and 25 for notifying that the motor vehicle inspection time approaches within the prescribed period when it is determined that the determination result is within the prescribed period fixed in advance.
