PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement device or the like suitable to arrange data in ascending order, capable of performing ordering. SOLUTION: In this arrangement device 201, an input reception part 202 receives input of data, and a temporary storage part 203 stores the received data to prescribed data restriction. When it reaches the prescribed data restriction or when the input of the data is completed, a merge part 204 merges data obtained by arranging the data stored in the temporary storage part 203 in the ascending order to the data already arranged in the ascending order stored in a nonvolatile storage part 205 in ascending order, and updates the nonvolatile storage part 205. An erasure part 206 clears the temporary storage part 203 when the merge by the merge part 204 is completed, and a result of the data arrangement can be obtained in the nonvolatile storage part 205.
