PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce possibility of cutting an ionizing wire provided to an ionizing part at the time of maintenance of an air cleaner. SOLUTION: An ionizing wire protecting member 40 is attached to the ionizing part 30 to ionize dust in the ionizing part 30. Ionizing wires functioning as electrodes at this time are arranged in the ionizing part 30 and a mesh like protective member 50 is arranged so as to face to a prefilter 20 to protect the ionizing wires. Accordingly, even when a user performs the maintenance of the prefilter 20, the ionizing wires in the ionizing part 30 are protected by the mesh like protective member 50. |
