The invention substantially relates to a device for feeling a nacelle with nuclear fuel pellets comprising a filling spout (2), which defines a pellet flow path (4), is provided with a top end (8) for receiving the pellets and a lower end (12) placeable near the nacelle and comprises doors (18, 20, 22) forming an obstacle for the pellets flow in such a way that said flow is divided, wherein said doors (18, 20, 22) are alternately actuatable and of the spout lower end (12) is displaceable in such a way that it is enabled to be approached to the nacelle bottom and removed therefrom. A method for filling the nacelle with nuclear fuel pellets using the inventive device is also disclosed.
