PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flit sealed organic electroluminescent display device and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The organic display device includes an organic electroluminescent display device having a first electrode, an organic thin film and a second electrode, a first substrate formed a metal wiring for transmitting a signal to the organic electroluminescent element, a flit disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate, and a protection film comprising the first electrode material, wherein the protection film is placed between the metal wiring and the flit and separated from the first electrode.
