PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof connector capable of enhancing waterproof quality by preventing adhesion of dust and dirt to packing for sealing an area between a sub-connector and a frame, damage thereof and the like without causing increase of the number of component nor cost increase. SOLUTION: This waterproof connector is provided with: a frame 10 having a plurality of housing chambers 11A and 11B; a plurality of sub-connectors 20A and 20B individually housed in the respective housing chambers; and packing members 30A and 30B for sealing areas between the respective sub-connectors and the housing chambers. The packing members are fixed to the inside walls of the respective housing chambers 11A and 11B; and sealing surfaces 21a for ensuring a sealing property by bringing them into press contact with the inner peripheries of the packing members are formed on the outer peripheries of the sub-connectors. The packing members are fixed to the inside walls of the housing chambers by engaging engagement projections 32 with engagement holes on the frame side. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
