PURPOSE:To provide the subject shaped cutter and packer, each equipped with a bean-curd gripper to pack bean-curd block without damaging it and prevented from contaminating the packs with cut bean-curd tailings or the water contaminated with impurities in a bean-curd cutting water tank. CONSTITUTION:This system for shaped-cutting and packing bean-curd is made up of a cutting water tank 20 to receive bean-curd slabs D; a feed means 22 to move the above slab by a constant amount each time to cutting position 26; a bean-curd gripper B to make the slab receive by placing a receiving section 6 at the cutting position side by side and to hold the slab by pushing its upper surface with a relevant device 9; a longitudinally cutting means to cut the slab prismatically by moving an edge along the receiving section 6 and the pushing device 9; a cross-cutting means 24 to make cutting operations by passing the edge through moving grips in-between; an interval-regulating means to mutually expand the grips to a specified interval; a packing water tank 21 to make the grips descend underwater to loosen the pushing device followed by releasing shaped bean-curd blocks into water; and a packing means to put shaped bean-curd blocks into packing containers in the packing water tank 21 and then unload the bean-curd block-packed containers. |
