PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus capable of inserting seal data into image data even without using an electronic seal. SOLUTION: Entire image data D1, to which the seal data are attached, are displayed on a display unit 151 including a touch panel function. When a touch panel senses that the inside of a display area S of the displayed image data is touched with a finger of the user, a position to attach the seal data is determined by acquiring information about a position of the finger from the touch information. Furthermore, fingerprint information is acquired from the touch information, and seal data which are made corresponding for the acquired fingerprint information, are acquired as seal data to be attached to the image data.
