PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive heat radiating tubular body with an excellent heat radiation property, and to provide a heat radiation structure. SOLUTION: The heat radiating tubular body 1 is provided with an outer tubular body 2 and a plurality of inner tubular bodies 31 to 33 arranged in the outer tubular body 2 and capable of inscribing in the outer tubular body 2. The outer tubular body 2 is constituted of tubularly forming a lamination sheet 4 composed of a heat conductive layer 7 and an insulating resin layer 8. Each of the inner tubularly bodies 31 to 33 is constituted of tubularly forming a lamination sheet 10 composed of a heat conductive layer 14 and an insulating resin layer 15. The outer tubular body 2 and the inner tubular bodies 31 to 33 have elasticity in the diameter direction. The heat radiating tubular body 1 held between a heater 21 and a casing 22 has two heat conductive routes P1, P2 composed of the outer tubular body 2 and six heat conductive routes Q1, Q2 composed of three inner tubular bodies 31 to 33 as connecting heat conductive routes.
