A device of connecting a bumper to a sensor is provided to improve the assembling work of the sensor by coupling a coupling projection of the sensor to a curved groove of a holder part which is extended from the bumper. A device of connecting a bumper to a sensor comprises a bumper(20) having a mounting hole(21), a holder part(30) and a sensor(50). The holder part is extended from the bumper and connected to the mounting hole, and has a guide groove(40) which is curved inward. A coupling projection(51) is inserted to the holder part and locked to the guide groove. The guide groove includes a first groove(41) extended from an end of the holder part toward the bumper, a second groove(42) horizontally curved from the first groove, and a third groove(43) curved opposite to the bumper. An elastic body(52) is provided on the sensor.
