An electric-fan-type heater formed with a sub-reflector is provided to shield and reflect a portion of heat transferred to the reflector from the heater, thereby preventing over-heat resulting from heat concentration. A base has a predetermined flat area such that the base is erected from a ground surface. A support rod is installed at the upper portion of the base. A heating part includes a heater(5) that generates heat and a trumpet(7) formed at the rear surface of a bobbin(6) such that the heat from the heater is diffused. A reflection plate(9) reflects heat from the heater. A sub-reflector(11) is interposed between the bobbin of the heater and the trumpet to prevent the heat. A protective grill(10) serves as a protective net.
