PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub cover capable of securing the strength without impairing thermal insulation performance even if forming a recess part of the bathtub cover largely for responding to various types of projection parts in a case where a projection part like a headrest is formed on a flange part of a bathtub. SOLUTION: In this bathtub cover formed to respond to bathtubs 1 formed with the projection part 2 such as the headrest on the flange part 1a, the back face of the bathtub cover 3 has the recess part 5a capable covering the whole of a projection part projecting upward from the bathtub flange part, the upper face of the bathtub cover has a projection part 5b formed along the recess part, and the thickness of the projection part and the recess part is defined as the thickness capable of securing the thermal insulation performance similar to that of parts of the bathtub cover which non-interfere with the projection part and the recess part.
