<p>PURPOSE:To ensure the electric power of a battery even when a third party short-circuits terminals from a charging port. CONSTITUTION:A battery 20 is formed as a structure wherein it is charged while it connected to cables 53a, 53b for a charger 53 via a connector 51. A relay 52 is interposed and installed between the connector 51 in a charging circuit and the battery 20. An anode terminal for the connector 51 is connected to the battery 20 via a movable contact for the relay 52, and an electric current is supplied from the charger 53 to an exciting coil for the relay 52. When the connector 51 is not connected, the relay 52 cuts off the charging circuit. As a result, even when terminals for the connector 51 are short-circuited, the battery is not discharged.</p> |
