A camera, an advertisement offering server capable of utilizing location information and a method for the same are provided to assign information section to each advertiser according to the local information. An advertisement offering server capable of utilizing location information comprises a camera, an advertisement offering server operating part and an image processor. The camera capable of utilizing location information takes a picture of a subject in response to an image photographing signal and receives the location information of a camera from a location information offering server. The advertisement offering server operating part receives the advertisement information which has advertisement authority toward the location of a camera. The image processor attaches the advertisement information to a photographed image of the subject and produces a merge image.
