A word study system and a word learning method based on a memory ratio using a quiz and a game are provided to evaluate the memory ratio of words if a user studies the words through the quiz, thereby providing a word learning service based on the memory ratio for selecting learning incomplete words and learning completion words to the user. A word study system comprises a word learning server(2). The word learning server comprises the following units. A unit(21) selects learning target words for a user to learn. A unit(22) configures the learning target words to a quiz set and provides the quiz set to a user terminal. A unit(23) selects review target words which the user learns at least one time. A unit(24) configures the review target words to a game set and provides the game set to the user terminal. A unit(25) determines whether each word of the quiz set or the game set is a correct answer. A unit(26) calculates a memory ratio by using an answer collection/exposure frequency if the correct answer of the review target word is determined. A unit(28) determines the study incompletion words and study completion words of the quiz set, and the study incompletion words and study completion words of the game set. |
