A fuel-treating device called Fuel Air Magnetic System comprises two pairs o f magnets, one paired positioned on each inlet for fuel and oxygen so that the incoming fue l is exposed to a magnetic field. Each pair of magnets are positioned diametrically opposed about the inlet line with the north magnetic pole of each magnet placed upstream closest to the mixing zone.
