The device has a sewn self-gripping fastener (3) formed of female and male fasteners, where the female fastener is bonded on an external lower surface of a modified sock element (1). The male fastener is bonded on a surface of a modified insole (2). Reinforcement assemblies are provided for reinforcing adhesion of the modified sock element with the modified insole. The assemblies include a male press button (4) fixed on the sock element, and a female press button (5) fixed on the insole, where the insole is made of thick cotton or thick fabric used at an office or a home.
