The device (10) has a multiplexing/switching module (2) for receiving a radio frequency signal. An insulation module (60) is disposed on a connection between a terminal (b-A) and input (EA) of the multiplexing/switching module. An evacuation unit comprises an antenna (62) e.g. horn-type antenna, evacuating majority of power of radio frequency signal by a radio frequency radiation. The evacuation unit is arranged in a satellite so that the radiation from the antenna does not reach the earth. An independent claim is also included for a method for evacuation of energy of a radio frequency signal.
