<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical easy-adhesive film excellent in preventing interference fringes and in adhesiveness with a hard coat layer when used as a substrate of an antireflection film, and to provide an optical laminated film having a hard coat layer laminated on at least one surface of the optical easy-adhesive film where a coating layer is formed. <P>SOLUTION: The optical easy-adhesive film is a laminated film having a coating layer applied on at least one surface of a polyester film, wherein the coating layer has a thickness of 5 to 100 nm, obtained by applying a water-based coating material containing a resin composition that essentially contains a water-based resin (A) comprising a water-based acrylic resin and/or a water-based polyurethane resin and carbon nanotubes (B), in a weight ratio (A)/(B) ranging from 95/5 to 70/30, then drying and stretching at least one direction.
