PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to define various guides without omission in a conventional manner.

SOLUTION: This input screen output device is configured to make an input component generalization information storage part store one or more input component generalization information having input component information as information about the input components of UI, pre-input guide information to be output prior to input and post-input guide information to be output posterior to input; to read one or more input component generalization information; to configure and output a screen by using the input component information owned by the input component generalization information; to output pre-input guide information making a pair with the input component information corresponding to focused input components; to accept the input corresponding to the input components; and to acquire and output post-input guide information making a pair with the input component information corresponding to the input components from the input component generalization information storage part. Thus, it is possible to define guides to be displayed prior to input, and guides to be displayed posterior to input without omission as necessary.
