PURPOSE: A camera module is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost of the camera module by reducing the failure rate of the camera module by adjusting the optical axis with the adjustment of the lens barrel through the optical axis adjusting means in the state that the sensor housing and the housing lid is temporary adhered. CONSTITUTION: The camera module comprises the substrate, sensor housing, housing lid, optical axis adjusting means, and lens barrel. The image sensor(111) is mounted in the substrate(110). The sensor housing(120) is closely connected in the substrate upside. The filter settling portion(121) in which the image sensor upper side exposes is included in the central part of the sensor housing. The housing lid(130) is installed in the upper part of the sensor housing. The bobbin(135) is installed to the upper center of the housing lid. The optical axis adjusting means(145) is combined in each corner of the housing lid. The lens barrel(140) is screwed within bobbin.
