PURPOSE: A heating method and apparatus are provided to remove a noise in the heating apparatus by pushing out hot air with a cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A heating method is as follows. A suction unit(3) and an exhaust unit(4) are closed by check valves(5,5'), and inhaled air is heated by a heater(2) in a heating unit(6). A piston(7) is pushed up by the heated, expanded air, and a sensor(8) is operated by the raised piston. The check valve of the exhaust unit is opened according to the operation of the sensor, and the hot air is ejected gradually by the load of the piston. The check valve of the exhaust unit is closed by the sensor or timer, and the check valve of the suction unit is opened to inhale air. Air flows into the heating unit, and then the check valve of the suction unit is closed.
