PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a free lock joint having a simple structure, and capable of installing an apparatus while easily adjusting a position, and easily connecting members while adjusting an angle.SOLUTION: A free lock joint 1 includes a ball stud 2, a cylindrical socket 3, a supporting member 4 disposed in the socket 3 to be kept into contact with a head portion 20, a movable member 5 axially slidably disposed in the socket 3, a spring 6 disposed between the supporting member 4 and the movable member 5, and a base member 7 mounted on the other end side of the socket 3 by screw-connection with the socket 3. The base member 7 includes a pressing member 10 for pressing the movable member 5 by screwing the socket 3 to slide the movable member. The supporting member 4 presses the head portion 20 to the socket 3 by action of a spring pressure of the spring 6 compressed in accompany with sliding of the movable member 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
