A vibration control system of a vehicle tail is disclosed. The disclosed vibration control system of a vehicle tail, so as to reduce vibration generated in a vehicle tail, may comprise: i) a piezoelectric element module installed in a mounting portion to mount a spare tire in a vehicle body of a vehicle tail, and generating voltage corresponding to an amount of vibration transmitted to the mounting portion through the spare tire; and ii) a controller calculating control voltage in an anti-phase in response to the generated voltage received from the piezoelectric element module, and applying the control voltage to the piezoelectric element module. |
