An embodiment of the present invention provides an organic light emitting display device. The organic light emitting display device includes: a substrate; a first electrode disposed on the substrate; an organic light emitting layer disposed on the first electrode; and a second electrode disposed on the organic light emitting layer. The first electrode includes: a first layer including silver (Ag); and a second layer located on the first layer and including an oxide of metal other than silver (Ag). The organic light emitting display device has improved display quality and yield.
