The present invention is to provide a method to construct a tunnel which is able to supply a non-vibration method and reduce a construction period. To achieve this purpose, the present invention provides a non-vibration rock-splitting method to construct a tunnel to reduce the construction period, comprising: performing once a step of forming a plurality of punched holes on a cross-section of the tunnel to be constructed in a longitudinal direction of the tunnel to be constructed; performing a step of forming a free face to divide a length of the punched holes formed by the step of forming the punched holes into a plurality of steps, and to perform rock splitting for each divided section; and repeatedly performing the step of forming punched holes and the step of forming a free face performed by a plurality of steps for the entire length of the tunnel. |
