PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide video display with suitable visibility even if a viewing position and a viewing direction of a viewer of a video are changed.SOLUTION: A video display device 1 which accepts an input of a video input signal 10 and displays a video depending on the video input signal comprises: a viewer detection section 16 for detecting a position relation of a display screen 20 on which the video is displayed and the viewer who views the video and generating viewer position information including the result; an image processing section 100 for performing image correction processing on a correction region consisting of a partial region which is set in accordance with the viewer position information 17 in the image depending on the video input signal 20; and a video display section 200 for displaying the video input signal 13 on which the image correction processing is performed on the display screen 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
