According to an embodiment of the present invention, a lighting apparatus capable of stably assembling a cover plate without an additional coupling member for passing a cover plate positioned in the lowest side. The lighting apparatus comprises: a housing having a plurality of heat dissipating holes formed therein; a frame installed inside the housing; a light emitting diode (LED) module installed in the bottom of the frame; a heat sink installed in an upper surface of the frame; the cover plate coupled to a lower end of the housing, and transmitting light emitted from the LED module; and a side cover for covering both end parts of the cover plate and the housing. |
