The present invention relates to a stockpile trade system and a trade method thereof, and the stockpile trade system according to the present invention comprises: a database which stores statistical data including trade details and contract prices for articles in a plurality of stockpiles; a sell information receiving unit which receives article trade information including items, an overall sales amount, a lowest bidding price, and an expected sales price of a stockpile to sell from a seller terminal through a network; a bidding page generating unit which sets bidding conditions based on the article trade information and generates a bidding page including the article trade information; a buying condition receiving unit which receives a buying condition of the stored stockpile from a plurality of bidder terminals through the bidding page; and a determining unit which determines whether a complete purchase buying condition corresponding to the overall sales amount exists in the buying conditions received from the buying condition receiving unit, and, when it is determined that the complete purchase buying condition exists, confirms a buyer and the buying condition of the stockpile by using the corresponding buying condition, while when it is determined that the complete purchase buying condition does not exist, combines a plurality of partial buying conditions to generate at least one combination of buying conditions that enables a complete purchase. An objective of the present invention is to provide a stockpile trade system which various sellers and buyers can easily access trade stockpiles, and a trade method thereof. |
